RETURNS
Because most products on our platform are custom-made based on user-submitted designs, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You may be asked to provide photos of the issue so we can review the claim.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A refund
- Store credit
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom products that are correctly produced and delivered cannot be returned simply due to:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selection
- preference for another design
Please review product details carefully before placing an order.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
