OVERVIEW

GliM allows users to create T-shirt designs using tools available on the platform, including AI-assisted generation features.

These Creator Terms apply to any design created, published, or made available for sale through the platform.

By choosing to publish a design through GliM, you agree to the terms below.

SECTION 1 – DESIGN CREATION

Designs on GliM may be created using AI-assisted tools provided by the platform.

Users control prompts, selections, and final publishing decisions.

The final design selected for publication is considered user-submitted content under platform policy.

SECTION 2 – CONTENT REVIEW

All designs remain subject to platform review before being made available for sale.

We reserve the right to reject, remove, suspend, or limit any design at our discretion.

SECTION 3 – RIGHTS AND LICENSE

Users retain rights to the final design they choose to publish.

By publishing a design through GliM, you grant GliM a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, produce, promote, and sell products featuring that design.

SECTION 4 – AI OUTPUT RESPONSIBILITY

Because designs may involve AI-assisted generation, unintended similarity to existing works may occur.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that published content does not infringe copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.

SECTION 5 – CREATOR EARNINGS

If a design is approved and sold through the platform, the creator may receive a percentage of net sales according to current platform policy.

Revenue share rates may be adjusted over time.

Payout schedules and methods are determined by platform policy.

We reserve the right to suspend payouts in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

SECTION 6 – DESIGN REMOVAL

We reserve the right to remove any design from sale at any time for policy, legal, operational, or quality reasons.

Repeated policy violations may result in account suspension or termination.
